If these fees are not paid and the order becomes undeliverable, the shipment will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.

Yes, we offer 2–5 business-day local delivery across all eligible postal code zones listed here.

Local delivery starts at $12.99 within our primary delivery zone. Orders over $39.99 (before tax) qualify for free local delivery in these areas.

For Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge, local delivery is available starting at $15.99. Orders over $49.99 (before tax) qualify for free delivery in these areas.
